Like many, I was part of the low-fat/no-fat era, paired with an obsession for cardio workouts. Back then, I thought I was doing everything right.

But I’ve always been curious about the “why” behind things. I’ve long carried a sense that there is more to understand—that we can be better, do better, and live healthier lives. 


I’m a Holistic Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a passion for helping individuals and families rediscover the power of real, nourishing food.

My journey into holistic health began in the Pacific Northwest, where I grew up eating the Standard American Diet—a lifestyle I later passed on to my own kids.

I believe in addressing the root causes of health issues because it’s never just one thing. Healing is a journey, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach or single answer to wellness.
